Naci\u00f3 en Sevilla en 1876 y falleci\u00f3 en Sanlucar de Barrameda en 1938. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 1900 el Ayuntamiento de Sevilla aprob\u00f3 su proyecto para extinguir la <strong>mendicidad<\/strong> en Sevilla.
