En la Iglesia del mismo radican las hermandades del Buen Fin y de la Pastora de San Antonio. Fue fundado por los franciscanos en el siglo XVI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la invasi\u00f3n francesa fue ocupado por las tropas y en 1835 el convento fue desamortizado.<br>La iglesia permaneci\u00f3 abierta a cargo de un capell\u00e1n.
