De madre sevillana, naci\u00f3 en Valencia en 1933 y desarrol\u00f3 toda su vida personal y profesional en la ciudad hispalente, de la que fue considerado su \u00ab<strong>cronista<\/strong>\u00ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de escribir decenas de libros, trabaj\u00f3 en medios como la Hoja del Lunes (1952-1976), El Correo de Andaluc\u00eda (desde 1953), ABC Sevilla (desde 1959) Radio Sevilla,  <strong>Giralda TV<\/strong> o<strong> Tele Sevilla<\/strong>, siendo muy recordados sus <strong>documentales <\/strong>hist\u00f3ricos en estas dos \u00faltimas televisiones locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tiene dedicada la <strong>\u00abcalle Periodista Nicol\u00e1s Salas<\/strong>\u00ab, entre la Calle Castilla y el Paseo de Ntra.
